The JIS Hickstead heated towel rail is an exquisitely designed product, adding a stunning focal point in your bathroom. The Sussex Collection has a variety of designs and finishes available.

This product is 100% stainless steel, finished by hand. All models are available as central heating, dual fuel and electric only versions. Pair of Standard profile chrome plated or satin finish brass valves are included.

This heated towel rail is only available as a wall mount.

Each rail is manufactured with standard 1/2” BSP tappings and is pressure tested to 12 Bar. Our rails are suitable for all plumbing systems including open systems. BTU/Watt figures are based on T=60K.

Installation by a qualified plumber is recommended by the manufacturer.

The manufacturer offers a 25-year guarantee against manufacturing defects of all towel rail bodies. The guarantee does not extend to fitting costs and delivery charges. Electric elements have a one-year guarantee.

All valves have a 5-year guarantee. Proof of purchase is required for all replacement units.

JIS have designed their open sided rails so that they can be installed either right armed or left armed.

Please note when ordering electric only options, they will be supplied right armed as standard, should you require left armed please specify when ordering.

The Hickstead range comes with its own square brackets.

Electric only option:

Standard Element - The remarkable JIS stainless steel element is used in all the electric rails, is IP55 rated and created to be subtle. The JIS element is thermostatically regulated to ensure constant performance and to save on the cost of running. No valves required for Electric option.
